Maintenance of key parts of new energy forklift
1. After the skew hydraulic cylinder is dissolved, the forklift parts shall be carefully cleaned and dried.
2. Check the parallelism between the forklift piston and the forklift piston rod. Put the forklift piston rod on the V-shaped frame and check it with a dial indicator. If the deviation is mainly caused by the accuracy of the forklift piston not meeting the accuracy requirements, it shall be replaced.
3. Check whether the forklift piston is bent. Check with V-shaped frame and micrometer, and calibrate and repair when bent.
4. When the surface of the cylinder liner of the forklift is seriously damaged or scratched, it can be repaired by honing.
5. If the inner hole of the forklift waveguide is seriously damaged or scratched, it shall be replaced.
6. If the sealing ring and forklift sealing ring are damaged or broken, they shall be replaced. When the O-shaped rubber seal ring is selected on the piston of forklift, the prototype will be lost after several years of application and should be replaced.
7. The clearance between the inner surface of the cylinder liner and the forklift piston before repair shall be 0.04-0.13mm, but the clearance shall not exceed 0.25mm.
8. The clearance between the forklift piston rod and the guide sleeve is 0.04-0.15mm. If the clearance exceeds 0.45mm, the guide sleeve should be replaced.
